The Task: To establish charitable partnerships + execute seasonal in-store donation campaigns to run in 260+ store locations.

My Role: I was the key day-to-day contact for all nonprofit organizations + international charities running weekly calls, creative directing in-store signage + social assets for partnership approvals and coordinated communications with our Store Ops teams.

Outside of campaigns, I coordinated weekly in-store visits with Make-A-Wish Foundation and local store teams.

Cool Results: Generated 14% annual increase in fundraising totals for charitable partners by ideating, testing and implementing new in-store activation programs.
