Concept: Build-A-Bear created a brand new test concept in St. Louis Galleria Mall, Build-A-Bear Bakeshop. In an effort to create programming and buzz, a “Camp Cupcake” concept was developed.

My Role: I put my bear-builder hat back on and lead first 5 cupcake trial classes for the new bakeshop concept. Supported team in developing the strategy and implementing learnings prior to wide release and wrote SOP for other associates to follow.
