The Task: In celebration of Build-A-Bear’s 20th Anniversary, the Build-A-Bear Foundation was challenged with crafting up a spectacular event to make a difference. We donated 20,000 teddy bears to two dozen children’s hospitals across the United States thanks to our dedicated partners at the United Way and UPS, Build-A-Bear provided warm bear hugs and making days a little bit brighter for children in need.

My Role: As project manager of the “bear-building” events at each hospital, I oversaw donation logistics of 20,000 furry friends to the hospitals while supporting over 20 local store teams with logistics, local media support and asset coordination and run of shows.
