Welcome! To put it simply, I love what I do every day. How can you not when your job is to create incredibly fun and unforgettable experiences for your Guests? I’ve been fortunate to do so through the magic of stuffed animals, the glamour of wax celebrities and the breathtaking views of New York from the sky and from the water.
You can find me by the Hudson River as the Marketing Director for New York Cruise Lines, most famously known for the Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises brand. When I’m not executing our crazy programming ideas on boats, you can find me wandering around being a tourist in my own city, learning routines to Beyonce performances, or smack-talking strangers on why the Buffalo Bills will win the next Super Bowl.

Responsible for:
Annual customer DTC revenue growth for 4 brands: Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, The Beast, North River Lobster Co & La Barca Cantina.
Leading and executing large-scale multi-channel 360 acquisition campaigns, marketing operations projects, and DTC strategy for all brands within the NYCL portfolio.
Overseeing the website content management tools, performance marketing agency campaigns, PR agency tactics, digital campaigns, guest experience initiatives, social media strategy, influencer strategy and marketing activation events onboard.
New York Cruise Lines (NYCL) is the industry leader in marine-based sightseeing, transportation, entertainment, and dining that emphasizes the ultimate in hospitality set to the beauty of the New York City skyline. NYCL owns and operates 24 ships, including the most extensive and modern fleet in the sightseeing industry. NYCL’s iconic brand, Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, is a fixture in global tourism, hosting more than 80 million passengers since 1945. Recognized as “America’s Favorite Boat Ride,” Circle Line is world-famous for sightseeing and special events including concerts and private parties. Operating from Pier 83, Circle Line is the oldest and largest provider of sightseeing cruises using the most modern vessels. NYCL also operates the iconic New York Water Taxi private transportation fleet, New York’s only maritime thrill-ride, The Beast, and New York’s only floating, moving restaurants—North River Lobster Company and La Barca Cantina.

Responsible for:
Leading strategic integrated marketing campaigns and tentpole initiatives from conception to project completion.
Managing the go-to-market strategy on all aspects of content development, launch events, press initiatives and brand marketing surpassing revenue goals by 150% within the first 2 months of operation.
Creative directing all photography and videography production shoots for launch imagery and promotional videos in direct partnership with Kenzo Digital and SL Green executive suite.
Managing collateral development and asset trafficking for all paid and owned media channels from creative direction on production sets, asset briefing and tactical execution with vendors, agencies and partners.
Conducting post-campaign analysis and reporting to implement thoughtful campaign improvements.
Procuring the brand key messaging and acting brand custodian across all advertising channels.
About SUMMIT One Vanderbilt: Set atop the tallest commercial skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan (1,401 feet), SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, an observatory high above Grand Central Terminal opening its doors on October 2021, was conceived as an installation that compels you to question your perception of the built environment, the natural world around you, and your sensorial reality. SUMMIT ups the ante on the NYC observatory experience through art installations, glass ledges, and exterior glass-floor elevators. Food and beverages, including cocktails, are available for purchase onsite at Après, located inside and on the outdoor terrace.

Activating 60+ new store opening marketing plans to budget minimizing signage costs by 5%, leveraging mall partners and establishing streamlined communication tools to better support field associates.
Associate Cause Marketing Specialist: Sept 2016 - Nov 2017
Responsible for:
Coordinating marketing partnership campaigns non-profit organizations and international charities.
Overseeing in-kind donation program to meet high demand of product requests and in-store sponsorships.
Managing donation budget, inventory levels and produced quarterly performance reports.
Orchestrating the donation and event execution of 20,000 teddy bears at 24 recipient children's hospitals in celebration of company’s 20th Birthday.
Increasing annual donation output by 200% via new processes, simplified digital customer journey and amended inventory tools to maximize budget effectively.
Build-A-Bear is a multi-generational global brand focused on its mission to "add a little more heart to life" appealing to a wide array of consumer groups who enjoy the personal expression in making their own "furry friends" to celebrate and commemorate life moments. Nearly 500 interactive brick-and-mortar experience locations operated through a variety of formats provide guests of all ages a hands-on entertaining experience, which often fosters a lasting and emotional brand connection.
